De la plantilla Docente lamentablemente ya no tiene la calidad que tenía antes, ya que los maestros "Populares" creen que reprobar masivamente los pone como exigentes, y no es así. Ya que no aprenden los alumnos y tienen que buscar asesores externos privados. De igual manera, los libros de texto deberían ser supervisados por pedagogos, ya que sus intenciones son buenas pero les hace falta detalles. Finalmente, no hay poder para poder exigir la salida de malos profesores, y esto lleva años, ojalá la dirección ejerciera en realidad su autoridad. Contados con la mano son los buenos profesores que quedan.
The facilities are decent but could be much better. Unfortunately, the teaching staff does not have the quality it had before, since the "Popular" teachers believe that mass failure makes them demanding, and it is not so. Since students do not learn and have to seek private external consultants. Similarly, textbooks should be supervised by pedagogues, since their intentions are good but they lack details. Finally, there is no power to be able to demand the departure of bad teachers, and this takes years, hopefully the leadership would actually exercise its authority. Counted by hand are good teachers left.
