On our in person visit to Tulum, Andrew set up several appointments with different developments for us to see based on our initial phone conversation and email exchange. He provided excellent insight into the Tulum market for us to make an informed decision. The buying process has been smooth and Andrew over communicates every step of the way to make sure we feel supported from a far (we live in US). If I could, I would give more than 5 stars and highly recommend Colibri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Andrew with Colibri late 2021 he answered all my questions and negotiated purchase of two new construction condo’s we met in Tulum and toured the sites in addition Andrew set me up with a property lawyer and immigration lawyer it’s been a very easy process. Andrew always answers questions quickly He has a vast knowledge and is a pleasure to deal with.
