Para hacer dos servicios más quedamos en llevarlo x la mañana y nunca abrieron. As it turns out we came to deworming, we had to hold the dog, which seems partly normal. To do two more services we agreed to take it in the morning and they never opened.

Dejaron a mi perrita muy mal y cuando les envié mensaje para decirles ni se dignaron en contestar, me dejaron en visto y ni la decensia de querer saber más de lo que hicieron. Llevamos a nuestra perrita hace un año a Colita de Rana para que le hicieran la esterilización. La dejamos todo el día y al regresar por ella nos dijeron que no pudieron sacarle los ovarios porque "estaban muy arriba" pero que no había ningún problema. Que ella ya no podía embarazarse. Lo que no nos dijeron es que se le desarrollarían quistes en los ovarios que la harían pasar por embarazos psicológicos y la mantendrían en dolor constante que hasta calentura y temblores le daban. Tampoco nos dijeron que los quistes se podrían volver malignos y posiblemente causar cáncer. La persona que atiende tiene muy feo modo y jamás hemos visto al veterinario. Hemos llevado a varias de nuestras mascotas (tenemos 5) en diferentes ocasiones y en todas fueron muy déspotas con ellos y con nosotros. No sé nota que quieran a los animalitos o a los clientes, más que nada los ven como un negocio y eso duele. Está fue nuestra experiencia en este lugar y ya varias amistades nos han dicho que tuvieron experiencias similares. Nosotros en lo personal no recomendamos este lugar, super pésimo. No le doy menos estrellas porque no se puede. Si necesitan una esterilización para su mascota hembra, por favor no la lleven ahí porque por no batallar solo las masacrean y no les importa su bienestar. Eso sí, cobran como si fueran especialistas. Terrible service and they do sterilizations very badly. They left my dog very badly and when I sent them a message to tell them they didn't even deign to answer, they left me in sight and didn't even want to know more about what they did. We took our dog to Colita de Rana a year ago to have her sterilized. We left her all day and when we came back for her they told us that they couldn't remove her ovaries because "they were too high" but that there was no problem. That she could no longer get pregnant. What they did not tell us is that she would develop cysts in her ovaries that would make her go through psychological pregnancies and would keep her in constant pain that even caused fever and tremors. We were also not told that the cysts could turn malignant and possibly cause cancer. The person who attends has a very ugly mood and we have never seen the vet. We have taken several of our pets (we have 5) on different occasions and in all of them they were very despotic with them and with us. I don't know that they love the animals or the clients, more than anything they see them as a business and that hurts. This was our experience in this place and several friends have already told us that they had similar experiences. We personally do not recommend this place, super lousy. I don't give less stars because you can't. If you need a sterilization for your female pet, please do not take her there because for not fighting they only massacre them and they do not care about her well-being. Of course, they charge as if they were specialists.
