J	Jeff Bernstein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Ojo de Agua is an excellent hotel. Great helpful staff and nice amenities. A/C, room safe, big pool, TV, and beachfront. What's not to like. Very clean and reasonably priced. Close to everything. We will absolutely return.
C	Collin Babbage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Find a different place to stay!! Don't trust the pictures or descriptions!!!! Here are the many issues; 1. They do not give you a key to your own room. The front desk guy holds a "main key" that unlocks all doors. You do not get your own key. Unsafe and extremely inconvenient. 2. The beds have stains all over them and the pillows smell like they have not been replaced in years. 3. TV doesn't work and employees had no idea what was wrong. 4. The AC stopped working at 2am and we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. 5. The windows and doors don't stop any noise so you hear every person in the entire hotel.

Because it is rundown and poorly kept. The bathroom has no ventilation other than opening our bedroom window or door but no thanks, no more mosquitos please! Outside the mattress of the beach beds need a change! Also the maids were super loud at 8.30 am!! Plus a hammering sound on the background! I think that as people keep coming and P. morelos is very popular, sometimes hotels don't worry to maintain themselves to offer a better experience to the customer!

M	Monica Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aweful! Nothing like the pictures show. Very run down place, rooms have aweful smell, air does not work, bathrooms don't either. You only get one sheet to sleep in! And a very old, old towel. Pool is empty, old, with no paint. Not worth it
J	Jo Fol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located right by the beach, this hotel is very comfy and the staff are very helpful. The nearest super market is about 10~ minutes by foot. The only small issue I had is with the shower being a bit leaky, but other than that I very much enjoyed my stay.
L	Lisa Dobson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoying our stay at Ojo de Agua. Already planning next years stay here. Clean, great location, nice yard, and beach front. We are two houses away from the Ojo Beach Club Hotel, which we can use amenities as well. Great helpful staff at both places
J	Jacki Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much potential but laziness abounds. Hasty and poor paint jobs were on going.. nails and paint splatters to ruin your clothes. Rooms were basic which is fine but the cost was too much. Ac and fridge worked. You only get a flat sheet and a single flat pillow. Pool was closed and I was notified. Beach club was a nightmare of rude staff. I chose to relax in the chairs directly below this property and pay as the atmosphere and service were better. Massage tent next door was great. Overall you can easily stay here but don’t expect the pool to be open, clean towels etc. bathroom was clean though. I’d stay again but bring my own towel and have better expectations. No way I’d pay more than 45 a night If there are lots of families there you’d be in absolute hell.
