Deberían poner unas rejas de seguridad en casa pasillo de departamento para que solo los que vivan en el edificio entren e identifiquen quienes sí son de ahí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar para vivir o rentar, no hay vigilancia, pero es un sitio muy agradable. La selva está muy cerca y cuando menos te lo esperes puedes ver fauna que no habías visto más que en el zoológico, como Zarigüeyas, Tejones, tortugas, víboras, ocasionalmente monos araña, pericos, aves exóticas como Tucanes, tarántulas, arañas, lagartijas raras, termitas y muchas hormigas.
Very good place to live or rent, there is no surveillance, but it is a very nice place. The jungle is very close and when you least expect it you can see wildlife that you had not seen more than in the zoo, such as Opossums, Badgers, turtles, vipers, occasionally spider monkeys, parakeets, exotic birds such as Toucans, tarantulas, spiders, rare lizards , termites and many ants.

Hay muchas casas muy bonitas que se ven super cuidadas. Todo queda cerca, lo mas retirado seria la playa que se encuentra como a 10 km. pero en bicicleta son 10 minutos, que seria lo mas lejano.
Ahorita estan construyendo sobre la avenida Zetina Gazca, pero son cambios que espero nos ayude para la movilidad.
Hay muchos lugares donde venden de comer y siempre va haber algo, igual hay varios talleres de.motocicletas. Ya no vamos a tener que ir a cancun o playa del carmen a buscar cosas que aqui no podiamos.encontrar.

There are many very nice houses that look super neat. Everything is close, the most remote would be the beach that is about 10 km away. but by bicycle it is 10 minutes, which would be the furthest thing.
Right now they are building on Zetina Gazca avenue, but they are changes that I hope will help us for mobility.
There are many places where they sell food and there will always be something, there are also several motorcycle workshops. We are no longer going to have to go to Cancun or Playa del Carmen to look for things that we could not find here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clean units to rent long term. Good location and easy cab ride to the beach and downtown area of Puerto Morelos for 30 peso. A good size grocery store within 10 minutes walking distance. Nice little park area for simple exercises and to walk your dog.
