★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora Martha que es la persona que entrega los folios y las hojas de test es muy grosera, déspota y prepotente, si te llegas a equivocar con algún documento te reclama y te deja en evidencia ante las demás personas, la discriminación es lo que más se aprecia dentro de las instalaciones de dicho colegio de notarios y los policías son una calamidad y carecen de estrategias para ordenar el flujo eficiente de personas que visitan este lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé para asesoría gratuita, me dijeron que hablara una semana después para agendarme. Lo hice, me dieron cita para el 3 de mayo de manera remota. Nunca hablaron.
Les hable a los dos dias para saber que pasó, me dijeron que me hablarían ese mismo día. No lo hicieron nuevamente.
Les hable 5 días después para saber porque no lo hicieron, me dijeron que hablarían a la notaría para que me llamarán ese día y sino que les hablará para que me dieran la asesoría presencial. No volvieron hablar.
Les hable nuevamente para la asesoría presencial y ahora resulta que no pueden agendarme porque el sistema no permite hacerlo el mismo mes y que espere la llamada. En fin, no se porque señalan que darán un servicio de asesorías sino planean hacerlo. Si así son de informales en el Colegio de Notarios en la CDMX no me quiero imaginar cómo es el resto de los notarios afiliados.
I called for free advice, they told me to call a week later to make an appointment. I did it, they gave me an appointment for May 3 remotely. They never spoke.
I spoke to them two days later to find out what happened, they told me they would speak to me that same day. They didn't do it again.
I spoke to them 5 days later to find out why they did not do it, they told me that they would speak to the notary's office so that they would call me that day and if not, they would speak to them so that they could give me face-to-face advice. They did not speak again.
I spoke to them again for face-to-face counseling and now it turns out that they can't schedule me because the system doesn't allow me to do it the same month and wait for the call. Anyway, I don't know why they point out that they will provide an advisory service but they plan to do so. If they are so informal in the Association of Notaries in CDMX, I don't want to imagine what the rest of the affiliated notaries are like.
