★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar agradable para vivir y si tú trabajo está en la planta de ternium ( Guerrero ) te va a quedar muy Serca dependiendo de dónde estas ubicado..
Hay variedad de puesto de comida como son tortas, pollo asados o rostizados, tacos, hamburguesas etc.
Entre otros, hay papelerías, además tienes la estación del metro universidad a unos 30 minutos caminando y también la planta de ternium (universidad).
Y otros establecimientos a la redonda.
