★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienen mucha variedad de productos pero la atención es demasiado lenta, aún siguen buscando precios en carpetas, todo lo hacen a mano, tienes que ir a recoger el material a su bodega. Para ser una empresa tan grande ya se pudieran actualizar en los cobros y sería todo más rápido. Ve con calma y paciencia

Lo malo....Pésima atención, parece que tienen flojera y tardan bastante en darte un precio de cualquier cosa..les hace falta implementar un software de ventas para agilizar ese proceso en fin lo recomiendo a medias.
The good .... Great assortment of material and good prices ....
The bad... Terrible attention, it seems that they are lazy and take a long time to give you a price for anything... they need to implement a sales software to speed up that process, in short, I recommend it halfway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very hard to get and forget about it when it's busy. Absurdly long lead times for special orders. Prices are not great. Tile selection is very dated and just about anything modern is special order. No dedicated service for construction professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My one complaint is that they continue to display outdated tiles that are not available and can't be ordered. I usually have to settle for my 4th or 5th choice before I find one that is available. It's frustrating but I've come to expect it. The salesperson who speaks English is very helpful.
