★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención al cliente deficiente por parte de las chicas de mostrador y caja, la atención telefónica igualmente deficiente, prácticamente la señorita me reprochó por haber llamado tanto (necesitaba estar segura que tenían en existencia las lámparas que ocupaba ya que ya había ido 1 vez y nunca encontraron el material aún y cuando ya estaba cotizado, tampoco pudieron buscar la cotización ni ofrecerme algún producto similar, me hicieron busca a mí en su catálogo enorme) La atención por parte del chico de ahí es la única que sí fue buena, él a diferencia de las chicas se disculpó por el trato de las chicas. Su servicio deja mucho que desear.
Poor customer service from the counter and cashier girls, equally poor phone service, practically the young lady reproached me for having called so much (I needed to be sure that they had the lamps I had in stock since I had already gone 1 time and never they found the material even though it was already quoted, they could not look for the quote or offer me a similar product, they made me look for me in their huge catalog) The attention from the boy there is the only one that was good, he unlike of the girls he apologized for the treatment of the girls. Your service leaves a lot to be desired.
