★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El envío te lo cobran por separado y solo hasta que preguntas por tu pedido te lo mandan. Te dicen un contenido y te llega otro, todo se les olvida de "aclararte" antes. Creo que pueden mejorar abismalmente el servicio al cliente porque un envío después de 2:30 horas, ya hasta había llegado otro pedido de otro lugar.
Shipping is charged separately and only until you ask for your order they send it to you. They tell you one content and another comes to you, they forget to "clarify" everything before. I think they can dramatically improve customer service because a shipment after 2:30 hours, another order had already arrived from another place.
