★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... Llamé por teléfono y me dieron unos requisitos para un trámite.. Llegué me forme como media hora y me salen con que tengo que llevar más cosas.. Tuve que regresarme, por lo que me dijeron ahí y volver a formarme otra media hora..
Terrible service ... I called by phone and they gave me some requirements for a procedure .. I arrived and trained for about half an hour and they came up with the fact that I have to carry more things .. I had to go back, because of what they told me there and go back to training another half hour ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loa cajeros no sirven, las ejecutivas solo una es amable, la de la entrada a la izquierda, el GUARDIA es extremadamente grosero, le trono los dedos a una persona y a mi me grito, ningúno de los dos estábamos siendo groseros, ambos le hablamos con respeto por que es una persona mayor.
The ATMs are useless, the executives only one is friendly, the one at the entrance to the left, the GUARD is extremely rude, he thrusts his fingers to a person and he yelled at me, neither of us were being rude, we both spoke to him with I respect because he is an older person.

Only 2 ATMs serve, the waiting time is more than 1 hour to pay or to go to clarification. #cfe cannot be possible with all that they earn optimize the service.
