★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un local mas , en general abarca los aspectos pero deja mucho que desear por parte de la capacitacion del personal , si eres dueño de un auto de alta gama te recomiendo otro taller como stereocafetales este taller lo recomiendo para todo el resto de automoviles que buscan algo mas economico y sencillo no digo que sea mala sin embargo cada tienda cumple a cierto tipo de cliente y esta audostore no es para autos de alta gama salu2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En enero 2021 me instalaron una alarma y los técnicos de aquellas fechas muy amables incluso el de caja muy amable , hoy en día fui solo para una consulta sobre el funcionamiento de dicha alarma y la persona que me atendió muy altanero un tipo moreno delgado como si le fuese a pedir un favor bajo mucho su servicio al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ al inició me pareció todo bien hasta que mi auto comenzó con problemas que llevándolo al mecánico me dijo que era el alternador, este mecánico revisó mi unidad de pies a cabeza antes de instalar una alarma en su local, todo esto se resumé en qué fui con estás personas que está enfrente de la estación del MB Tepetlapa y les pedí el servicio, por una mala instalación o por querer sacar ventaja económica no hicieron su trabajo correctamente, lo peor del asunto es que gracias a su ineficiencia tengo que pagar un error caro por culpa de ellos. Lo más detestable es que aparte de la alarma le puse un estereo y película en los cristales ahí mismo en su local. No lo recomiendo nada
