Be careful when carrying your equipment, this man is not a Professional, and also arrogant. The day before I took my Dell Laptop, since it was locked and did not allow me to perform any task. The man made the diagnosis and it turns out that the hard drive was no longer working, he recommended that I buy one and take it to change it, which he did. He told me that that day I would be ready, I went at night he told me that he was almost there that he will wait for him (outside his house) he made me wait approx. 1 hour and he came out to tell me that he would need more time, that tomorrow I would be ready, (he made me wait and nothing, in my mind I said "ok, no way, I'll come tomorrow" In the morning he told me that it was ready, he bent he sent me a video of the screen logging in, I said "perfect" I went to pick it up, the computer had several scratches, the touch pad is submerged (I don't know how he did to damage it) the keyboard was also submerged, and the whole computer itself was left out of square, without some screws and broken some parts of the structure, I commented to him and his answer was "no, I didn't do anything" I thought “ok, as long as it works. I tried to turn it on before leaving, but it would not turn on, I thought "it might not have a battery" I arrived at my house, I connected it to the current and when I turned on the message appeared on the screen "No bootable devices found" And it only gave me the option to turn it off. I wrote to him on WhatsApp and I ended up taking it back to him, And to top it all he tells me "what did you do to him, I had already fixed it" And it took another 5 hours for it to be ready, and then I went through the computer, I arrive at my house and it already served well (apparently) When I connected the charger and I wanted to move it, it turned off, and from there I cannot move the laptop if it is charging. And now suddenly even though I don't move it, after a while it turns off by itself. So it is impossible to work on it. Think twice before going with this man, who I do not doubt is good for simple issues to fix, But if your computer has to be opened, it will destroy them and it will be worse.
