★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Tengan cuidado clientes! Sus computadoras pueden quedar mas dañadas de lo que ya estan.
El año pasado y el anterior deje unas laptop para reparación.
La primera, un una laptop gamer, le hicieron una reparación y al momento de armarla (me imagino) dañaron la cámara web. Ya había hecho el reclamo por este medio pero su respuesta fue: "no encontramos su nombre en nuestros registros"; queriendo dar a entender que era un post inventado y no haciéndose responsable de lo mismo. Adjunto fotos de evidencia con el señor que le hizo la reparación (Ing. Zúñiga)
Otra laptop tenia problemas que se reiniciaba o se apagaba sin indicárselo; la abrieron para revisar sin embargo no encontraron defecto alguno. No obstante, quedo dañada de la tapa inferior dañándole la estética. También adjunto fotos de como quedó.
Conclusión: cero recomendable! a lo mucho para temas de software pero no para hardware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi Lap por que esta muy lenta, me explicaron muy bien lo que tenia y como la iban a reparar y quedo muy bien super rápida más que de nueva. Y me entregaron la pieza que le quitaron lo cual me da mucha tranquilidad.
