No se pero como que no inspiran confianza, nunca contestan en el teléfono que tienen publicado .. Mejor he dejado de ir ... de todas formas la impresora nunca quedó bien :( They take a long time, the service is expensive ... and I always keep the idea that they put used parts. Lleve a que me cotizaran únicamente cuanto me cobrarían por arreglar 2 controles de PS4, me pidieron que los dejara unos días para desarmarlos y verlos y me dirían cuanto sería y si aceptaba los arreglaban y si no me los devolvian, pasaron los días y fui a ver si ya tenían la cotización y cuando llegó, me dice que se confundieron y que ya los arreglaron, me cobraron $1,000 por los dos y uno no lo dejaron bien, así que aplique mi garantía dos veces y seguía igual, así que ya no unlo lleve más. Un mes después y a uno de los controles que le cambiaron los sitcks me doy cuenta que son stick de pura goma y ya se rompieron. Horrible, lousy quality. Además, el precio del producto fue bastante elevado, lo compré porque realmente lo necesitaba de apuro.
