★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidado con esta comunidad Waldorf. Ya son varias familias las que en un periodo de 6 meses han salido de la comunidad por haber externado preocupaciones reales sobre las prácticas de los maestros (los dos principales). Estos maestros no asumen ninguna responsabilidad sobre sus prácticas en el día a día (incluyendo sus deficientes prácticas de comunicación hacia los padres y madres de familia) y el trato desigual que reciben los alumnos (hay niños que pueden ir toda la semana y niños que van en la tarde, pero ese acceso no se ofrece por igual a todas las familias).
Hay muchas cosas preocupantes, desde el espacio físico en el que está la escuela, el hecho de que estén registrados como comunidad cultural y les permita excusarse de cumplir con obligaciones que estipula la SEP, hasta ausencia de protocolos de seguridad para el tiempo que pasan en el bosque los niños. En una ocasión la respuesta que me dieron cuando preguntamos sobre qué protocolos de seguridad tenían en caso de algún riesgo en el bosque, fue que uno de los maestros sabía karate.
Adicionalmente, piden firmar un reglamento en el que se le otorgaba a la comunidad el permiso de uso de imágenes de menores de edad “en cualquier momento y medio y para cualquier fin”. También nos tocó que pedían que la colegiatura y la inscripción se fueran directamente al pago de la tarjeta de crédito de la maestra/fundadora/directora/responsable (porque piden colegiatura e inscripción como cualquier escuela sin asumir las obligaciones y reglamentos de la SEP).
También tienen lecturas y análisis alarmantes sobre el comportamiento de los niños. Muy fácilmente encuentran conductas “problemáticas” en los niños (de 2 a 6 años) que deben ser “contenidas” y las analizan de una forma realmente preocupante, haciendo interpretaciones que carecen de fundamentos y sentido (ejemplo, a nosotros nos dijeron que la falta de capacidad de concentración de nuestro hijo de 1 año 9 meses era resultado de la conducta hiperentusiasta de su papá y la maestra textualmente nos dijo que era muy importante prevenir que el hijo “acabe siendo como su papá”. Esto habiendo hablado con nosotros como padres de familia una vez en toda nuestra estancia allí.
Realmente es muy alarmante que exista una comunidad así y que nadie lo denuncie seriamente. Confío en que pronto habrá más y más denuncias sobre este lugar para que cierre permanentemente.
Be very careful with this Waldorf community. There are already several families that in a period of 6 months have left the community for having expressed real concerns about the teachers' practices (the two main ones). These teachers do not assume any responsibility for their day-to-day practices (including their poor communication practices towards parents) and the unequal treatment that students receive (there are children who can go all week and children who go in the afternoon, but that access is not offered equally to all families).
There are many worrisome things, from the physical space in which the school is located, the fact that they are registered as a cultural community and allow them to excuse themselves from complying with obligations stipulated by the SEP, to the absence of security protocols for the time they spend in the forest children. On one occasion, the answer they gave me when we asked what security protocols they had in case of any risk in the forest, was that one of the teachers knew karate.
Additionally, they ask to sign a regulation in which the community was granted permission to use images of minors "at any time and a half and for any purpose." We also had to ask that the tuition and registration go directly to the payment of the credit card of the teacher / founder / director / responsible (because they ask for tuition and registration like any school without assuming the obligations and regulations of the SEP).
They also have alarming readings and analyzes on children's behavior. Very easily they find “problematic” behaviors in children (from 2 to 6 years old) that must be “contained” and they analyze them in a really worrying way, making interpretations that lack foundation and meaning (for example, they told us that the lack of Our 1-year-9-month-old son's ability to concentrate was the result of his father's hyperenthusiastic behavior, and the teacher literally told us that it was very important to prevent the son from “becoming like his father.” This having spoken with us as parents family once in our entire stay there.
It is really very alarming that such a community exists and that no one is seriously denouncing it. I trust that soon there will be more and more complaints about this place to be closed permanently.
