★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here. We do need need some updated photos, as the paint colour has changed and some of the units have been updated. There are a total of 16 units in condo. A few of the owners live in theirs and a few are long-term renters (such as myself). And then there are units open for short-term rentals. I manage one of the units, it's a beautiful and spacious 2 bdrm, 2.5 bathroom with a washer/dryer. It has availability! And yes, we have a lovely shared pool right in the middle that is well maintained. The grounds are kept extremely well. Would recommend
