★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El departamento que les toca es dependiendo de cómo el dueño lo tenga acondicionado en lo personal me tocó uno masomenos lo mejorcito es la alberca, la vista y la ubicación.
Fue cómodo la estancia ahí.
 The department that they get is depending on how the owner has it conditioned. Personally, I got one, but the best is the pool, the view, and the location.
The stay there was comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación 1805 muchos detalles que deben arreglar, colchones viejos, sin agua caliente, pocos trastes de la mini cocina,parrilla trabaja a medias, contacto de cocina quemado, hay que estar desconectando el frigobar, para conectar horno o parrilla. Los cojines de adorno de las camas, están muy mugrosos igual que las cobijas, hay puertas que eran de comunicación anteriormente con otras habitaciones, solo esta cerrada la puerta, pero se escuchan todos los ruidos de las otra habitaciones, albercas sin mantenimiento. Se ve sucio. Desde la entrada a recepción, da mala impresión, ni se diga los elevadores y estacionamiento, muy malas condiciones sucio. Cobran $100 diarios por el estacionamiento. Mala experiencia. No volveremos NUNCA JAMÁS

Room 1805 many details that need to be fixed, old mattresses, no hot water, few dishes in the mini kitchen, grill works halfway, burnt kitchen contact, you have to be disconnecting the frigobar, to connect oven or grill. The decorative cushions on the beds are very dirty, as are the blankets, there are doors that were previously connected to other rooms, only the door is closed, but all the noises from the other rooms are heard, pools without maintenance. It looks dirty. From the entrance to reception, it gives a bad impression, not to mention the elevators and parking lot, very poor dirty conditions. They charge $100 a day for parking. Bad experience. We will NEVER EVER go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pena la habitación 1502 torre sur llena de cucarachas afortunadamente desperté x q ya estaban encima de mi, nos cambiaron de habitación pero la experiencia no se olvida, vas con la familia niños y no nos merecemos tan mala atención, se ahorra a veces durante 1año para q tengamos q pasar x esto, el trato muy mal de las recepcionistas q parece q te hacen un favor, no señores viven del turismo q no se les olvide!! Que tienen q tratarnos bien, habitaciones limpias y buen trato, jamás regreso a ese hotel
Too bad the room 1502 south tower full of cockroaches fortunately I woke up because they were already on top of me, they changed our room but the experience is not forgotten, you go with the family children and we do not deserve such bad attention, sometimes you save for 1 year to that we have to go through this, the very bad treatment of the receptionists who seem to be doing you a favor, no, gentlemen, they live on tourism, don't forget them!! That they have to treat us well, clean rooms and good treatment, I never return to that hotel

Son groser@s, Dulce Karina me gritó en una ocasión a uno de mis compañeros de viaje, a pesar de que nunca se le faltó al respeto a la señorita
La vista al mar desde el hotel es espectacular
The excellent hotel, just one detail, the reception staff (especially Dulce Karina) very unhelpful and very little courtesy with the guest. They are rude, Dulce Karina once yelled at one of my traveling companions, even though she never disrespected Miss
The sea view from the hotel is spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No air conditioning in either of the two rooms we had home. I have a toddler under 2yrs old and a pregnant wife. "Maintenance will be up in 10 minutes"... Yet here i sit, an hour later (they were made aware of this 5 hours ago).
