★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A través de booking alquilamos el condominio Nro. 12 del complejo. La empresa que lo administra se llama "Mayad Rentals". Estuvimos 9 días de los cuales 3 días no tuvimos gas, y por lo tanto tampoco tuvimos agua caliente para ducharnos. El representante de Mayad, un joven supuestamente llamado Miguel, se tomó 3 días en solucionar el inconveniente. No funcionaban los aires acondicionados de dos habitaciones, la cocina se inundaba por problemas de cañerías, un inodoro tapado... Además nos indicó que debíamos mentir en el ingreso a Playacar diciendo que éramos familiares del dueño de la casa alquilada. Estamos esperando el reintegro de dinero que se comprometió a gestionar en compensación por todos los problemas que sufrimos durante nuestra estadía.
