★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loud, very loud. If your rental faces the busy street (we were on the second floor) you will hear every vehicle pass by (and people talking as well). However, the worse thing was the major construction just across the street. They start early and stop at 6pm (even on Saturday). Many times the noise was so bad I could not hear my boyfriend talking. It is Dec 2020 and this multi-story building looks about half finished. The owner must have know this when we made our reservation. That being said the room is beautiful with glass windows across the entire front. This is why it is so noisy. I would rent a unit facing the inside only. Also only one small pool as the other is being worked on. And, the only small hot tub was broken. This is not a high-end rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall not a bad place to live for 6 months but the visitor policy for residents is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. A 10pm curfew for adult guest? Imagine paying $1000 usd monthly and being told a friend cannot enter until 8am the next day. #expats #digitalnomads beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is beautiful and the staff are friendly. There are two pools on the rooftop with a gym. The gym is pretty dated but there is a nice set of dumbbells. The rooftop is beautiful and clean. The apartment my friends and I stayed in was beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I recently stayed in this building for several days. We really enjoyed it. It was clean, had good amenities and the staff were very friendly. The location is perfect. walking distance to 5th and 10th ave, Walmart is two blocks away, the beach is a short 5min walk, and there are local places to eat in the immediate vicinity.
We would stay here again and would recommend anyone looking for place in Playa to consider this building.
