Al momento de querer finalizar la compra, me cobraron $230,000 por un departamento de $1,300,000 con esquema COFINAVIT. Con otra constructora, conseguí pagar menos de enganche en un departamento más caro con esquema 100% bancario. Me decidí por el otro proyecto y no me quieren regresar el apartado, seguramente tienen problemas financieros. Entonces piensenla dos veces antes de tratar con ellos.
Be very careful when dealing with this company. I set aside an apartment in Zanhia, Queretaro with the promise that they would return my money if I did not decide on the project. When I wanted to finalize the purchase, they charged me $230,000 for a $1,300,000 apartment with the COFINAVIT scheme. With another construction company, I was able to pay less down payment in a more expensive apartment with a 100% bank scheme. I decided on the other project and they don't want to return the section to me, surely they have financial problems. So think twice before dealing with them.
