Condominios Bahía Delfín - 85503 San Carlos

I am taking my time to write this because I am really disappointed, we book 2 nights in Bahia Delfin in San Carlos, Sonora the weekend of august 12 to August 15 2016. We got there late around 5:40 pm and the security people have a horrible customer service, the man that was there ask me "who are you", I told him my name and he say give me your id, he not even ask for it, next to that we were 2 cars and I know that only one can stay the night at the parking (inside), but we need it to take things inside and he told us if you want to pass that car is $100.00 dlls CASH !!! I told him that the car have some things inside that we where just taking out and he say well is $100.00 dlls again and I told him that I wanted to talk with his manager, he got scared and let the other car pass about 20 min. The master bed was all sandy, I pass a horrible night, and I took a shower because I didn't want sand in my bed and how lucky there was sand all over. I heaved to take the sheets out and wash them at 10 pm. Another thing that happen is that the security guy told us we were being really loud and that he was going to give him a ticket for 100 dlls I told him go ahead and he say he was going to act like he was giving me one .... They try to charge us for stupid things and I think the people that works there try to take avenge of you, they even try to charge me for requesting taxis and let them pass inside. I am really mad I will never book with this people again. be careful.

be very careful by visiting this compound, since there are numerous reports of robbery from the local police, particularly in the trunks of cars. a month ago, mine and my friends belongings were robbed a month ago. so please, if you come here, please don't bring anything of value, since the guards here don't do their jobs, nor do they have cctvs on their instalations to aid the security in the vicinity. you have been warned.

Horrible place to stay, strict rules, you can even play with your kids in the pool they make complains, they give you tickets. Security is alright but, they are arrogant one car can only go in and the rest need to park outside. You can't stay outside no later than 10:00PM because you will get a ticket. Also, if your planning to stay in that place, make sure you whisper inside and outside the condo, people there don't like noise. The Condo where we stayed is was ok all the stuff we need it. The only problem we had was with the showers, is like showering in a lagoon, it takes a long time for the water to drain. People that live in the condos and that work there tend to have an bad attitude.

A magical place. Very well kept up. Private beach. Friendly staff. Fully furnished rentals. The dolphins swim every morning. I love it here. Not far from Americanized town with stores of all needs.

Rented a condo here for a month. Very quiet and clean place. A little dated, but well kept up for sure. Security 24/7 and right on the water. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Super beautiful lovely private beach. It’s actually one of the cleanest beaches I’ve ever seen. We enjoyed every minute of it. But it’s also one of the quietest beaches I’ve ever been at! You must be quiet!! No parties or hanging out after 10pm so if you and your crew are a rowdy bunch it’s best to stay somewhere else. Condo was amazing very clean and it has all the amenities for someone who likes to cook like myself. Went to the store (Ley) and bought groceries and just cooked our own meals during our stay. It’s home away from home. Lots of retired folks here who own the condos! I’m definitely considering coming back to retire here. Most residents here are very nice but there are a few not so friendly

We enjoyed a great stay here for Mexico's Independence Day. Our unit was fantastic. We had all the amenities we were used to at home. The kitchen was outstanding. The pool was great (though a little warm). The beach access was easy and beautiful. We saw dolphins swimming with the kayakers and swimmers just offshore.

My favorite part is the kindness of those on staff here. ALWAYS willing to be helpful and with an attention to details. Kindness abounds here. Stellar sunsets of the Sea of Cortez that'll blow your mind. Come, sit with me!
