El mejor lugar para quedarse en Akumal. La vista está espectacular, las camas están muy cómodas y todo está súper limpio. Si tienes suerte puedes ver tortugas!!! Espectacular!!

Un lugar increíble! Todo, la atención, el espacio, los servicios. De verdad altamente recomendado si quieres ir a pasar unas tranquilas vacaciones con tu pareja, amigos o familia. Se aprecia mucho el silencio y la cercanía que tiene con el mar y la playa, esto hace que seguro descanses y te relajes. Si tienes suerte hasta tortugas vas a poder ver en la noche y sin duda verás muchas estrellas gracias a que no hay mucha luz en las noches en akumal. Las áreas comunes muy agradables y cómodas, así como los cuartos que tienen una limpieza impecable y con todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia más cómoda. Relaxin place

A nice place in a quiet neighborhood. 6 units with views of the bay from the living room and master bedroom overlooking the pool. Amenities are not luxurious but everything works. Kitchen is somewhat stocked but no rental has everything you want. There's no washer/dryer, the stove & refrigerator are small and basic. Bathrooms are on the small side but functional beside having to stoop to see yourself in the mirror. Beds are comfortable. Huge closets! 2 small (30 inch?) TVs in living room & double bed room but none in master bedroom. 3 older split air conditioners cooled each room separately (just a little loud) They provide 5 gallon (or the metric equivalent) jugs of purified water & will restock whenever needed. Maid service was good, always eager to please for the better tip. (Tip: look up tipping guides for Mexico before you go & stock up on pesos. Tips are expected for everything.) Manager Lennie was great. Spoke English well but most of the rest of her crew did not. She was able to quickly resolve several issues that came up. Great restaurant 2 doors away (little pricey) and another less expensive, more casual restaurant a 10 minute walk down the street. Pool was nice & there is a large palapa (a thatched gazebo) to the side with a charcoal grill. You can rent older bicycles here, $7 US per day. The beach normally looks nice but all the carribean beaches have been inundated with sargassum algae washing ashore. Thanks go out to Alex, Lennie's right hand man for being the 1st to clear the humongous load from the shore. No other place on the bay had even got halfway cleared. He got an extra tip for that feat. Zoom in on the 1st photo to see the 2-3 foot high, 10 foot deep pile of seaweed. The last photo shows off Alex's hard work. We weren't lucky enough to see any of the baby turtles hatching from the 13 nests that are in front of Tan-Ik. Hopefully the next guests will.

I really recommend this place if you want be in akumal this if a excellent choice the staff is amazing thank you for make our vacation a wonderful trip.

The best place to stay for sure! the place is super calm and the beach is beautiful. It’s super clean and the facilities are perfect to relax and have a worry free vacation.

Condominios Tan-Ik is a beautiful place to come relax! I’ve been here many times and it has never disappointed. The condos have direct beach access, and the beach is very quiet and feels almost private. At night you can see the turtles come out and stargaze for hours. Very peaceful and the condos are great.

Unacceptable price-performance ratio! Over a week we had hot water one evening. No water pressure ... We paid 764 € for 6 nights to shower in cold water ... I asked for a reduction but the front desk person didn't even call the owners. She even criticized me for wetting the bed of my 3 year old son and therefore having to wash the sheets. Unbelievable !
