★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good selection of generally moderately priced home furnishings and appliances, and the service (in Spanish only) is good. It's not Macy's nor Walmart.
If you need assistance in English, I recommend coming in a cab with an English speaking driver, and bring the driver in with you. Yes, it will cost maybe a couple-few hundred peso between the trip and drivers time, but it's fair to the driver and makes your buying and delivery time setup experience much easier.
I didn't use the facilities to observe cleanliness. I'll update the post in the future if I get there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst! They give you a 6 hour window, call when they are outside.
There was an issue with my furniture, as you can see from the video. I drive to the store same day and I was toke they would come the following day between 3-6pm.
They never called or showed up! I waiting 3 hours and missed work. I’ll have to go yet, again. Save yourself the trouble... shop somewhere else .
The service is terrible and the people are super lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telebodega has a great selection of furniture with what seem to be decent prices. We order some smaller pieces of furniture and had a bit of trouble with the delivery. They told us when to expect our delivery, but no one showed up. We visited the store and they said they had run out of the item we ordered and that it would be delivered the next day. It did get delivered the next day, and we are happy with the items we ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to buy furniture. They would not allow my wife to enter the store. Covid 19 END OF THE WORLD. OH MY GOD IT'S OVER. Guess they don't need to sell furniture. Who would buy furniture without their spouse being involved in the selection? How ridiculous!! Hope all the stores with this stupidity policy go down in flames. So over the worldwide stupidity pandemic!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best prices in Playa. They delivered my washing machine right on time. I highly recommend this place for Appliances, Beds and mattresses. The furniture section is not so good though. Very outdated, low quality stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to buy appliances when setting up a rental property in Akumal Playa del Carmen area. Prices were much better than other stores we looked at. Bought mattresses, refrigerator, washer driver, mini fridge and small appliances. They delivered for free within a few days, but don't unpack or set up anything. Guys carried everything on their backs! No dollies or lifts. Yikes! Have your receipt handy to make sure all your items get offloaded. Javier was our sales guy, spoke very good English. Delivery guys didn't at all fyi, so be prepared.
