Casas de muy buen tamaño, el fraccionamiento cuenta con alberca y palapa con parrilla
A poca distancia se encuentra Tepoztlán, Taxco, Cuernavaca o Cuautla.
Lo visité porque tiene una casa en Airbnb y nos quedamos un fin de semana, los vecinos ordenados y las instalaciones bien cuidadas.
Si lo recomiendo, excelente lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACTUALIZACIÓN: Todo mal con esta constructora ROCASA, quedan mal con lo que prometen al comprar, ya están construyendo casas nuevas para vender pero con los pendientes anteriores no han terminado. NO COMPREN, DE VERDAD, SI LO QUE BUSCAN ES UNA CASA DE DESCANSO LEJOS DE ESTRÉS, ESTE NO ES EL LUGAR.
Una buena ubicación, en un lugar tranquilo.
Tiene diferentes modelos de casas, albercas por fraccionamiento y vecinos en la mayoria amables. Un excelente lugar para una casa de descanso a 20min. de Cuernavaca.
OJO
Sólo tengan cuidado con lo que les premeten al comprar, hagan que se los den por escrito, el contador Caballero no suele dar la cara después. Usualmente usan el fraccionamiento Frankfort como muestra pero las mejoras que tiene es porque los mismos residentes las hicieron, no se dejen engañar de que la constructora entrega así.
Quienes administran las areas verdes son muy desobligados (empresa llamada "Bienestar") no los tienen bien cuidadas y la alberca no la limpian como deberían. El encargado es un despota...
UPDATE: Everything is wrong with this construction company ROCASA, they are wrong with what they promise when buying, they are already building new houses to sell but with the previous pending they have not finished. It has different models of houses, swimming pools by subdivision and most of them friendly neighbors. An excellent place for a rest house 20min. from Cuernavaca.

Just be careful what they promise you when you buy, make them give it to you in writing, the Caballero accountant does not usually show his face afterwards. They usually use the Frankfort subdivision as a sample but the improvements it has are because the residents themselves made them, do not be fooled that the construction company delivers like this.
Those who manage the green areas are very careless (a company called "Wellness") they do not take good care of them and the pool is not cleaned as it should. The manager is a despot...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A simple vista es un lugar muy bonito, el problema viene cuando empiezas a ver detenidamente las casas.
Para empezar los materiales son de pésima calidad, con la premura de entregar rápido las casas están pésimamente terminadas, no tienen ni dos años y ya se le empiezan a ver problemas de humedad, en los cuartos de arriba donde se amplió la casa le pusieron tablaroca… TABLAROCA en verdad es una burla, se le dio a conocer a la administración los problemas y ellos prometieron resolverlo, hasta el día de hoy dejaron todo a la mitad y mal echo, mención aparte que las casas no cuentan ni con impermeabilízante.
Veo que algunos propietarios ya se están quejando porque poco a poco están saliendo a luz los problemas, incluso alguien puso una lona quejándose e inmediatamente la quitaron los de la constructora.
Es una inversión muy grande y uno espera que te entreguen algo bien echo, señores piensen dos veces antes de comprar algo con esta constructora

Cuento con más de 1 año esperando la entrega de la casa de forma oficial, ocupan los accesorios de las demás viviendas no entregadas para resarcir los desperfectos de las demás .
Sus materiales son deplorables te ponen paredes de ( tablaroca), no están impermeabilizadas, accesorios de baja calidad,
** NO SE ARRIESGUEN, BUSQUE MEJORES OPCIONES**
Sigo esperando que las personas: C. Héctor caballero y C Alejandro Noel, se responsabilicen de los graves desperfectos de la Vivienda
