★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso me robaron la Chequera de Banamex (hace tiempo), nos dimos cuenta inmediatamente y fui a reportarla y ya habían cobrado un cheque por 5 mil, la política de Banamex , es que cheques de 5 mil o menos no confirman la firma, pedi el cheque, al entregármelo nos dimos cuenta que no era igual firma, solicite la devolución del dinero.
Me dieron muchos pretextos de que estaba en proceso, pero no me regresaban mi dinero, me entere que esa reclamación tiene vigencia de 90 días, dos días antes del vencimiento, fui a CONDUSEF, y excelente servicio y atención, además muy rapidos, en conclusión, a los 5 días ya tenia el reembolso en mi cuenta. Felicidades, continúen asi.
