★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen servicio hacia estados unidos. Suelen ser puntuales en sus salidas. Las instalaciones regulares, buena sala de espera con café. Lo único malo son los baños son unisex y no suelen estar en las mejores condiciones de higiene, sin mencionar que es evidente necesitan remodelarlos totalmente.
They have good service towards the United States. They tend to be punctual in their outings. Regular facilities, good waiting room with coffee. The only bad thing is that the bathrooms are unisex and they are not usually in the best hygiene conditions, not to mention that they obviously need to be completely remodeled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo usen, nos prometieron no cambiar de autobus y lo hicimos tres veces!!, Cada que cambiamos de autobús fue a uno peor. Su mala planificación alargó un viaje de 19 horas a 28 horas, los asientos son muy incómodos, una persona de tamaño promedio no puede cruzar las piernas ni estirarse considerando que el asiento de enfrente es reclinable, bajaban nuestras maletas a la menor provocación y como era de esperarse me faltan pertenencias.

Their poor planning lengthened a trip from 19 hours to 28 hours, the seats are very uncomfortable, an average sized person cannot cross their legs or stretch out considering the seat in front of them reclines, our bags were lowered at the slightest provocation and as it was As expected, I am missing belongings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar pequeño cerca de una avenida grande solo le falta un poco más de anuncios para que sepa. Donde está y en general si haces un viaje de México a USA creo es de las mejores opciones siempre hay un lugar para comprar los boletos
It is a small place near a large avenue it just lacks a little more ads for you to know. Where it is and in general if you make a trip from Mexico to the USA I think it is one of the best options there is always a place to buy tickets
