★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso lugar, tranquila zona. Vivir en El Marqués es genial! Está uno a 20 minutos de todo en Querétaro. No cambio vivir aquí por nada. No son casas lujosas, pero hay espacio por donde quiera, y tranquilidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy elevados los precios para la calidad de las casas (mal instalación de lavabos, tuberías de gas de plástico) y lo lejos de la ciudad que está, dentro de la colonia no hay muchos negocios hay que salir a la colonia de enfrente para encontrar más cosas, pasado el tiempo ya se descuidaron los parques, el alumbrado y las calles, tiene contrato de exclusividad con Megacable que tiene un pésimo servicio en cuanto a Internet, y no hay seguridad en general (patrullas, guardias a la entrada del fraccionamiento).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La constructora ya no da mantenimiento a las áreas comunes y se están deteriorando, falta mayor compromiso, yo cuestionaria antes de comprar ahí. falta alumbrado público y darle mayor privacidad para recuperar el Fraccionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el tiempo hay problemas de agua, la cortan sin avisar durante una semana entera. El mantenimiento a las áreas comunes es NULO. No está cercado y cualquier persona entra a hacer lo que quiere, ha habido asaltos, levantones, ambulantaje, animales sueltos (caballos, borregos, perros pastores) y estos últimos dejan sus heces regadas por todo el fraccionamiento. El único servicio de telefonía local es MEGACABLE para Teléfono/Internet/Cable y falla absolutamente todos los días debido a que son equipos viejos con infraestructura viejisima (coaxial).
La policía 911 no entra jamás.

It is not fenced and anyone enters to do what they want, there have been assaults, uprisings, ambulantaje, loose animals (horses, sheep, sheepdogs) and the latter leave their feces scattered throughout the subdivision. The only local telephone service is MEGACABLE for Telephone/Internet/Cable and it fails absolutely every day due to the fact that they are old equipment with very old infrastructure (coaxial).

Cero centros comerciales. Indispensable tener auto.

Dividido en secciones de 50 casas con docenas de secciones en proyectos a corto plazo.
No se observan cámaras de seguridad en la zona.
No sé observan patrullas o vigilantes; los agentes de ventas afirman que hay cero delincuencia.

A 25 minutos en auto al centro por la carretera o por un circuito interior lleno de topes y semáforos
