★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. En mercadolibre ofrecen envío gratuito a TODO el país. Y a la hora de comprarlo y pagarlo me salen con que no envían a mi municipio. Al pedirles la cancelación y devolución dejaron de contestar. CUIDADO con ellos!!!
 Terrible customer service. In mercadolibre they offer free shipping to ALL the country. And when it comes to buying and paying for it, they leave me with not being sent to my municipality. When asked for cancellation and return they stopped answering. CAREFUL with them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualmente cuento con una queja contra ellos ante PROFECO, a los pocos meses de haber comprado mi sala se hundieron los asientos, los contacte para la aplicación de la garantía, se llevaron a mi sala desde Noviembre de 2020 y todavía es fecha que no la entregaron.

Pero ahora las nuevas generaciones son otra cosa.

Actualización: nos enviaron en enero, llegó con un tallón, uno de mis niños se durmió en el sillón y salivó sobre el área de piel ? y al secarle soltó pigmento ?
