Puse una orden en ENERO, la “diseñadora” Mariana nunca contestaba el teléfono y el WhatsApp lo contestaba días o semanas después, es demasiado frustrante lidiar con alguien tan irresponsable y mas cuando ya le pagaste.... Recibí la orden tardísimo en ABRIL, le pague 25 prendas y llegaron 24 Y de esas 24, cinco estaban defectuosas, ademas me envío unas equivocadas que yo no le pedi, nunca me envío la prenda que me falto, ni me cambio las blusas defectuosas , ni mucho menos me cambio las equivocadas. Esa mujer no tiene profesionalismo, ni seriedad, ni respeto por sus clientes. DE LO PEOR mi experiencia con Hanger y Mariana la “diseñadora” It is the WORST Customer Service I have ever had from all of my vendors. I placed an order in JANUARY, the "designer" Mariana never answered the phone and WhatsApp answered it days or weeks later, it is too frustrating to deal with someone so irresponsible and even more so when you already paid her .... Para comprar lo mejor es que son marcas locales y diseños originales que no van a estar en otras tiendas I loved it!
