★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de las instalaciones es buena. Si la única razón por la que deseas vivir aquí, es para estar cerca de Santa Fe porque ahí trabajas o estudias, MUCHO OJO. En días normales (escolares) y a hora pico, puedes hacerte hasta 1 hora a tu trabajo.
Viví ahí un año y por eso me salí. La alternativa era tomar "atajos" por las barrancas y exponerte a un asalto.
 The quality of the facilities is good. If the only reason you want to live here is to be close to Santa Fe because you work or study there, VERY EYE. On normal (school) days and at peak times, you can spend up to 1 hour at work.
I lived there for a year and that's why I left. The alternative was to take "shortcuts" through the ravines and expose yourself to an assault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un Residencial muy agradable, y bastante amplio algunas Amenidades como gym, salón de eventos y cafetería. Pero por el momento del tema del COVID no se encuentran abiertas. Faltan algunas áreas verdes a mi punto de vista.
It is a very nice Residential, and quite spacious some Amenities such as gym, event room and cafeteria. But at the moment the COVID issue is not open. Some green areas are missing from my point of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas son muy bonitas, no hay áreas verdes ni espacios abiertos dentro, tienen un gran problema, la zona es insegura, descuidada y sin vigilancia, la administración de las casas se padece día a día por falta de técnica en su manejo y desde hace varios años. Las amenidades (gym, salón de eventos , ludoteca) más de un año que no se pueden usar no por pandemia si no por las diferencias entre ambas administraciones ( edificio y casas) y los que aquí rentamos pagamos las consecuencias , no nos permiten su uso con todo y que se paga $1,800 pesos de mantenimiento a la administración de casas. Para los que van a comprar hay problemas serios derivados de la Constructora.
The houses are very beautiful, there are no green areas or open spaces inside, they have a big problem, the area is unsafe, neglected and unguarded, the administration of the houses is suffered every day due to lack of technical management and for several years. The amenities (gym, event room, playroom) that cannot be used for more than a year not because of a pandemic but because of the differences between both administrations (building and houses) and those that we rent here, we pay the consequences, they do not allow us to use them with everything and that $ 1,800 pesos of maintenance are paid to the house administration. For those who are going to buy there are serious problems derived from the Construction Company.
