The crew made disgusting comments to me and my friends. The excursion was not even great, the only good thing was the snorkeling but even then there were too many groups to enjoy. Only an hour to get souvenirs on the island and then the food at the buffet was disgusting too. Just felt uncomfortable the whole time because of the crew.

Aldo , Martin, y balu were awesome. Great service all around from beginning to end. Great drinks and they Created a great atmosphere. Spent all day but it felt like only a few hrs. Boat was clean and kept up plus music . No complaints will look for them in particular when we return . 2 thumbs up

I've been on conquest before the first experience was absolutely amazing. The second experience was okay , they told us we had to be at the dock by 9 a.m. we were there 15 minutes before . We waited hungry and thirsty underneath the dock until about 11: 00 am until we finally started to board the boat. After boarding it went pretty smooth, but Rushed .We only had 30 to 40 min to eat etc while island-hoping snorkeling and to go shopping which really wasn't enough time to do anyting. After finally eating it was about 4 p.m. before we were heading back to the mainland. The food buffet did have tons of variety ,pretty tasty ,I did not like the private beach they took us to eat at tons of seaweed on the bottom which made it slimy and slippery couldn't see through the water very murky. Pedro Denis and Juan did an amazing job at keeping our cocktails Full , making sure my kids were safe and having fun while swimming etc. The crew is what made the experience ?

Hey I want to express what happened to us, at the beginning it was great, the snorkel experience was amazing, drinks included along the way, good attention, etc. Boat Antanares 33 (Saturday April 9th) There were 3 things that actually make the whole experience to turn into a 1 start experience. 1- when we got to Isla Mujeres we got into a really bad beach area, I’ve seen some pictures and it was nothing like that. 2- we payed 40$ for some pictures that were supposed to be sent to us the day after and almost 2 weeks after I don’t have it, even tough I have texted one of the crew members but keep comes back with excuses or ignoring me, hey I don’t care about paper pictures, we are in 2022 we want the digital ones 3- and this is the worst, when we were arriving to the port, another crew member was asking for tips, I don’t mind if they ask for it because that is a normal in Cancun, however, he got extremely pushy with everybody and even said that if we were going to give them 1 or 2$ tips we should keep the money, he basically Harass/force every tourist in order to get tips, that was low.

It was a very nice trip, the crew was friendly and did try to make everyone feel welcomed and in good mood. Alcoholic as well as soft drinks were available during the entire stay on the catamaran. During our trip we had approx. 2 hours on the Isla in the downtown (which is plenty for the frankly overpriced shops there) and then another 90 minutes for lunch in beach club (with access to the local beach). Lunch was OK - buffet style, included fish, pork and chicken dishes with all sorts of sides. No desserts were included, but it was possible to buy ice-cream or churros. Our tour did not include biking or para-sailing, which were shown on pictures on the promotional leaflet, but this might have been due to non-ideal weather conditions on the day we went (although I am not sure whether there would be enough time for these things anyway). Be aware that the snorkeling included in this tour is NOT on the famous spot near Isla Mujeres - the catamaran will stop quite near the Cancun shore and while there was a lot of small fish to be seen in the area (and few sculptures of hands) it was nowhere near the experience of snorkeling near Isla (we did that during our previous stay in Cancun and wanted to show the same place to our kids). When we were sold the tour it wasn't really mentioned where the snorkeling will be taking place, so I can't blame them too much, but when you are booking an Isla Mujeres trip with snorkeling, you sort of assume that it will take place near the island. Other than this I agree with the positive reviews here.

Horrible customer service. A representative from their computer was ob our beach in an Offical uniform and badge he told us about this company. We always book with the hotel or Expedia and will Continue to after the bad service we received. The boat broke done and we ended up on four different boats! It was a total disaster. we had to wait 2 hours extra to leave the Isalnd. The transportation guys were unprofessiona and upset bc we voiced our concerns. I will be posting this review on many sites. The workers for this Company were different uniforms like Adventure Tours...but it was a LIE...the real Company shirt was called Beware of the Beast. a bunch of uncaring unprofessional and unsafe people.

Absolutely loved our entire experience! Fantastic deal: $70 USD/person for catamaran ride to and from Isla Mujeres, all you can drink on the boat, snorkeling in the reef, buffet all you can eat (and drink) lunch on the island, back to the boat to ride up to the city area for shopping at exploring. It’s an all day affair! We did the noon departure and were busy non-stop until we sailed back at 6pm. Caught the gorgeous sunset on the way back. The crew was friendly, accommodating, and hilarious! They kept us entertained with music, conversation, and continuous info updates. Lunch buffet was good; we all know how buffets are! Compared to my catamaran experience in playa del carmen, this was amazing (I only received some petty snacks on that other boat). Some shopping you can do here but I’d save it for the main Isla Mujeres area. Tons of shopping here. DEFINITELY do the golf cart adventure! $15 USD/person and you can get around quickly. We only had a little over an hour to explore (shopping, beach, and Punta Sur). If you can make it to Punta Sur, grab a gold cart and do it!! Absolutely gorgeous cliff area with ruins and various statues. The ride there was fun too; lots of cool restaurants, architecture, and you get to see the locals in their true element. Our experience here felt like we were on the amazing race! We had a blast and would definitely recommend this to anyone.
