H	Hyunjung Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a beautiful stay at a spacious, new, gorgeous property in Punta de Mita. We loved that the resort was built so open and close to the nature, all the food options were great and the staffs were friendly and nice. We would love to visit again in the future.

The grounds are very well kept, their lighting and palm tree look awesome. The rooms are large and well equipped with stunning views. The pools are all luxurious one of which has stunning views.
A	A M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You’d think the rate they charge per night you’d get the best service, but unfortunately Conrad lacks in service and the food was just not that great for what you pay for! Not all the staff were friendly, which is surprising, but one stood out. Must say, Ivan (the great) made our stay better. Some of the restaurants turned their own guest away if they didn’t have reservations, which is ridiculous. Also, the buffet was half empty every time we went. We also had a tequila tasting and when we got to our appointment , they told us that we missed our appointment and they already sat another couple, when in fact, we were right on time and they made a mistake. Overall, My husband and I were extremely disappointed with the service and food quality and none of it was cheap. Not sure I would go back!
J	Juan Carlos Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is very well located and has amazing visuals, however, staff lack of friendliness and quality of service really destroy expectations and hinder the experience you might have from a place that is presumably premium. With our group, staff members were rude overall, food took hours to prepare and sometimes they just forgot orders after waiting and asking about it for at least an hour. Definitely not going back.

The pools are wonderful. Our room was amazing, shower big enough to play hockey in. Great balcony to hang out on in the morning and have your coffee. The Baja Shrimp tacos from mesquite are amazing.

Overall excellent stay with great service and staff - But keep in it is a Conrad so everything is expensive (but you do get free parking and free bicycle rental). Diamond members are treated well with nice room upgrade and $15/p ($30/couple) daily credit for F&B. Pro tip - you can order off the pool bar menu (more casual food) up to 5pm. + beach side churros for dessert at the Mesquite restaurant were great. And be sure to try their mango smoothies. S	Sebrina Greene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed at the Conrad from May 4 - May 9 in an oceanfront room. Everything about our experience was superior. Our room was beautiful and serviced regularly by the staff of the hotel. We dined at three different restaurants at the resort, and the food was wonderful. While sitting at the pool, we were greeted by the wait staff, and they were very attentive throughout our stay. Last year, we stayed in Punta Mita at the St. Regis, and we were unable to secure reservations there for this trip. Turns out, we were fortunate that we "settled" for the Conrad because we were extremely happy with our vacation.
