Dialogando con chi era in attesa sono stato informato che chi filtrava gli appuntamenti e dava indicazioni su come espletare le varie pratiche era una signora molto gentile. Quando é stato il mio turno ho potuto constatare di persona che la signora addetta al sopra indicato compito era molto preparata e gentile. Complimenti perché oggigiorno è veramente difficile incontrare persone così disponibili.
I went to the consulate in the morning around 10 am. In dialogue with those who were waiting I was informed that those who filtered appointments and gave indications on how to carry out the various practices was a very kind lady. When it was my turn I could see for myself that the lady in charge of the above task was very prepared and kind. Congratulations because nowadays it is really difficult to meet such helpful people.

To the whole community, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE, CAR RENTAL AMERICA, NOR AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL OR AT AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. A month ago I rent a car with one of its subsidiaries that is ECONOCARTENTAL and they do not return the deposit yet
