Para la visa turística te hacen llenar un formato en su página, y esta bastante grande, luego pagas por el servicio unos 50 dólares y después te niegan la visa porque según no cumples con sus formatos. En lugar de apoyarte con la solicitud en caso de dudas, te dicen que puedes intentar otra solicitud pagando la nuevamente. Por nuestra parte y según nosotros el formato se llenó bien y también porque de otra manera no entra al sistema. Un quilombo pues. Así que gracias al sistema no vamos a Colombia este año a vacacionar, sino a otro lado. Una estrella, claro, pero no a la embajada en Cancún en persona, sino a todo el sistema de expedición de visas turísticas. Excellent phone service. The rest very bad.
