S	Sara S. Tyler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WRONG INFORMATION AND RUDE!! These people told me I had to go to the US Embassy in the next state for lost document which was completely wrong! The two who I met at the door couldn’t even say good morning or look up from their phones except to ask why I lost my documents and to give me instructions on how to get buses for the 5 hours to the embassy! Don’t believe anything a Mexican tells you even at an American Consulate. Better yet don’t go to Mexico!
T	Tim M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE. This [British?] window clerk rolled her eyes at me a few times, after reluctantly getting up to help someone who had this appointment 6 weeks in advance! My circumstances changed since I made the appt and when I explained it, got an eye roll and "ugh, why would you even do that?". Wow to the discourtesy and lack of help. If you don't like your job, quit. One point extra for the speed of the check in and the nice security guard. And yes, if you need an emergency passport, I'm sure they are of great help. But not for someone who patiently waited weeks for assistance.
D	Dixon Liang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost my passport over the weekend, and they very helpful and kind in helping me getting my replacement on the following Monday! It was available the next day just in time for my rescheduled flight! Just make sure to get there early, there are a few steps that you need to do including getting a passport picture (which you could do before visiting)
S	SAMUEL PEARSON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I flew to Cancún a week ago on my UK passport (dual citizenship) after being assured by both an airline agent and border patrol that I could return on the same passport with my birth certificate, but was refused re-entry when I tried to board my return flight. I showed up to the consular agency on Monday morning as soon as they opened and I had an emergency passport by noon the next day. Unfortunate that they are closed on weekends but they work very quickly in an emergency if you are a US citizen.
K	Kristine Fuster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first woman was so nice and explained everything very thoroughly. The second day a British woman helped me and was SO RUDE!! I'm not sure why a woman with a British accent works at the US consular office and is allowed to treat US citizen in such a poor manner. The man who came to swear me in was very kind, even told me to be safe. This is why I'm even giving 2 stars. I'm very grateful I got an emergency passport within 24 hours.
J	Jennifer Paczas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told, on the phone that we didn't need an appointment and we could walk in. The emergency passport would be 1_2 days and $165. We got there and they gave us a hard time for no appointment and then proceeded to tell us they don't do passports anymore ?
J	J M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had run around to find this place for 30minutes. DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE MAP IF IT IS STILL POINTING AT THE SMALL BUILDING WITH DOMINOS PIZZA. I think some a hole wanted to confuse people. Its like about 7 stories white building. Located on West side of the road. It is not on the east side of the road. Not sure if google map is bad here or not but driving around here is all about one way streets and roads. Study and see nearby stores before you trust google nav 100%!!!
