★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio antes era excelente y muy eficiente. Por favor, vuelvan al sistema de citas anterior, me está llevando meses pedir cita. Y no nos hagan dar un viaje de 4 horas para darnos de alta con el fin de poder pedir cita electrónica, antes se hacía todo a la vez. No todos vivimos en la ciudad. Estos cambios son muy frustrantes para el usuario. Gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vayan los jueves que es cuando hay menos gente. Es un poco confuso la primera vez que vas a hacer trámite pero ya una vez te acostumbras y sabes que debes llegar a hacer fila todo bien. Abren de 9 a 2 entre semana únicamente. Se encuentran a pocas calles de la parada de metro Polanco, hay un maxicopias "cerca" por si necesitan. Vayan con tiempo, por lo general una vez adentro no tardarán mucho pero para que te pasen pueden tardar un buen rato. Suerte a todos en su proceso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To my surprise I find myself giving a 5-star rating to a Spanish consulate, which are infamous for their bad service. But in all honesty, I have been in this one in CDMX many times and they have always been very kind and efficient in everything I needed to do, both face to face before the pandemic and remotely during it. Congratulations to all the staff and the Consul and keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would do here procedures like Spanish visa in order to travel Spain more than 180 days, the procedure is fast enough. Don't forget to bring copies of all the required documents, it is something not mentioned in the consular web page but without it you won't accomplish the procedures.
