★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is a hero. Four of us had been staying in Puerto Escondido whilst travelling Mexico. We all got ill at some point, and the doctor was kind, professional and efficient. His prices are very fair. Having been to a few Mexican doctors, this isn‘t always the case. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks Doc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share how kind, patient, and helpful Dr. Francisco Serrano Severiano is. I came in for a consultation and did not speak Spanish. Dr Severiano fit me in with limited notice and went absolutely above and beyond. I’m grateful for his calming presence in a stressful situation.
I would highly recommend him to anyone traveling from abroad or otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment at 11am, he decided to take a couple in before me who just arrived, and in the end I had to wait half an hour, though he said it's only 15min. Can't recommend at all. Apart from that 500 pesos just for consultation is a total rip off, it costs 50-250 pesos max.

I cannot recall a situation where a Doctor has driven me to tears.
I feel very unwell, and I was treated with contempt.
The pharmacy next door sent me to him, and I feel that I was conned. But when you are unwell, you willing follow direction and advise when seeking help.
Awful experience.
