★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El médico veterinario que nos atendió super mal trato, hasta se ofendió porque nos preocupamos porqué nuestro cuyito no sintiera dolor, y desgraciadamente no le dio buen diagnóstico pues no lo reviso como debería! Entiendo que algunas personas tengan malos días pero no es posible que se desquiten con los clientes. Desgraciadamente mi cuyito sufrió mucho estrés ese día y no aguantó. No lo recomendaría

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sólo he llevado mi perro a baño pero se tardaron dos horas más que las que me dijeron y me entregaron a mi perro (que tiene mucho pelo) con el pelo húmedo. Precio y amabilidad buenos.
I only took my dog to the bathroom but it took two hours longer than they told me and they gave me my dog (who has a lot of hair) with wet hair. Good price and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor es muy franco y únicamente te pide los estudios/medicamentos que tu mascota necesite. Te da un precio justo y siempre tiene buena disposición a que los animalitos mejoren. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Además si tienes suerte puedes ser atendido en la sala de espera por CONCHO, el gato enfermero estrella.
The doctor is very frank and only asks you for the tests / medications that your pet needs. He gives you a fair price and is always willing for the animals to improve. I recommend it 100%. Also if you are lucky you can be treated in the waiting room by CONCHO, the star nurse cat.
