They show a lack of seriousness and commitment. At the beginning they tell you one thing and in the end they change everything, schedule, campaign, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor empresa en la que he laborado, llevo 2 meses esperando mi finiquito, solamente se la pasan dando largas, no responden, correos, llamadas ni mucho menos mensajes, un mes para firmar renuncia y otro mes y medio para que me den mi finiquito y según por que no se sabe si es real lo que dicen, NUNCA TRABAJEN EN ESA EMPRESA.
It's the worst company I've ever worked for, I've been waiting for my severance pay for 2 months, they just hang around, they don't respond, emails, calls, much less messages, a month to sign my resignation and another month and a half to get my settlement and according to why it is not known if what they say is real, NEVER WORK IN THAT COMPANY.
