★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me agradó el servicio ya que compré boletos de mis acompañantes y cuando estábamos abordando el autobús ya estaba lleno y mis hijos ( que si adquirí su respectivo boleto de viaje) los tuve que llevar en mis brazos pues ya no había lugar disponible, eso jamás lo comentó la señorita que vendió los boletos de lo contrario hubiese tomado otro autobús incluso otra línea de autobús pues era primera vez que utilizaba un servicio de autobús San Juan del Río a cdmx. En fin llegué a mi lugar destino.
 I did not like the service since I bought tickets from my companions and when we were boarding the bus it was already full and my children (that if I bought their respective travel ticket) I had to carry them in my arms because there was no place available, that never the lady who sold the tickets commented otherwise she would have taken another bus, even another bus line, since it was the first time she used a San Juan del Río bus service to cdmx. I finally arrived at my destination place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención en su terminal San Juan del Río lastima que no tengan corridas entre las 12:25 y las 14:30 nada que ver con la pésima atención que dan en México Norte te tratan peor qué e terrorista sus guardias al abordar y no te dejan mucha de las veces llevar tu mochila arriba sin contar la pésima atención de su logística de anden y de su centro de atención a clientes en León
Good service at its San Juan del Río terminal, it hurts that they do not have runs between 12:25 and 14:30, nothing to do with the terrible attention they give in North Mexico, they treat you worse than their guards when boarding and do not let you Many of the times carry your backpack upstairs without counting the terrible attention of its platform logistics and its customer service center in León

Evita viajar por aquí, hay opciones mejores por el mismo precio.
Don't buy tickets here, they change your truck whenever they feel like it, and they always smell like urine.
Avoid traveling here, there are better options for the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de Coordinados, vendieron aprox 15 boletos extra para un autobús a Cd de México y nos quedamos sin lugar, y para rematar querían que nos fuéramos parados (incluyendo a gente mayor)??♂️ afortunadamente hicimos que nos devolvieran el dinero
Lousy Coordinated service, they sold approx 15 extra tickets for a bus to Mexico City and we were left without a place, and to top it off they wanted us to leave standing (including older people)??♂️ luckily we got them to give us our money back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay salida cada hora hacia México, 10:25, 12:25, etcétera, te tienes que formar para alcanzar asiento, aunque reserves en línea no respetan tu compra y te tienes que formar, tampoco respetan los números de asientos, si tú boleto dice 18, puedes ir en el 3 o 27, depende cuál está libre, deben de poner orden en todo esto, precios moderados, los autobuses traen baños, algunos wifi, aunque la contraseña no está por ningún lado del autobús, no traen enchufe para cargar celular, traen aire acondicionado, películas, recomendados pero que respeten horario, asientos y reservas.
