La atención es buena (amables) pero es bastante larga la espera porque sólo hay un cajero disponible y si con ello le sumas el hecho de que te ponen de fila en fila (para "agilizar" el proceso) pues si terminas disgustado. Otros puntos negativos que veo son: -Se pasan la bolita para ver quien te realiza un retiro de efectivo, porque "no saben hacerlo" o "No pueden realizarlo en esa caja"(les consume tiempo evidentemente) -¡Terminan siendo muy indiscretos! No quiero gritar a los mil vientos que tipo de "transacción" voy a realizar, tampoco disfruto que miren "discretamente" mi tarjeta de débito e incluso no creo que sea muy correcto gritar el monto de mis retiros jaja, la verdad ahora me da risa pero cuando llego a ir es bastante molesto Among the 3 Coppel branches that I have visited in Celaya, I can assure you that this one has the worst checkout service!
