The food here was the best I have had at any Mexico hotel I have stayed at - and I have stayed at several top rated Mexico hotels. Coral Grill is one of the restaurants at Viceroy and it is a more casual beachfront dining. Their Ceviche is pretty decent - their drinks though are 5/5!
