★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta la clase. Las instructoras son buenisimas y muy profesionales, se preocupan mucho por que hagamos correctamente los ejercicios para no lesionarnos, asi como por nuestra postura. Se nota que conocen bien lo que hacen. He visto que a personas que han tenido o tienen algun tipo de problema con rodillas, columna etc las ciudan mucho. Ademas los resultados de los ejercicios son fantasticos. La verdad lo recomiendo ampliamente.
I love the class. The instructors are very good and very professional, they care very much that we do the exercises correctly so as not to injure ourselves, as well as our posture. It shows that they know well what they do. I have seen that people who have had or have some kind of problem with their knees, spine, etc. are very busy. In addition the results of the exercises are fantastic. I really recommend it.
