Foreigner stayed in PV 2 month for dental implant that was not done. Dec 29, initial visit waiting for implantation of front teeth with Nobel technology screws. 4 days before surgery on Jan 29, notified implant can’t be done because screws must be paid for and ordered before surgery. Must wait until Feb 25. Went into express clinic paid for screws and schedule for upcoming implant. Was told Feb 10, that tomography must be completed on the day or else upcoming surgery can’t be done. 2 days before Feb 25, was told unable to do surgery because Nobel screws not available. Stayed extra time in PV just for this dental procedure. Been to this clinic 4-5 times last 2 month. * tomography done on wrong side of mouth. * 6 weeks to find no availability of Nobel screws. * putting profits above needs of its customers. * organization and carelessness major issue. * customers time not a factor in clinic operations. I’m a doctor and verified tomography with another Periodentist. Request to have refund on tomography done on wrong side of mouth denied. These people take me for a fool !!!!!

Had a cleaning for myself and my daughter. It was good and quick. Pain free. Doctor and staff were very nice. I paid $190. I will return for Invisalign.

I was able to walk in with my amigo for an extremely affordable teeth cleaning (limpieza dental) for only 190 pesos. Dr. Fernandez was professional, smart, and diligent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone.

All i did was ask about if they did vacation packages and bam, they showed me a hotel package, the cost of crowns, and even offered to pick me up and bring me to their dentist office. Great package price! 5 stars And I added a whitening at the end and they did it for free - awesome

I went to Dental Express for a cleaning which was done well. However, the female dentist told me I needed 2 crowns and 2 fillings at that time. I was very surprised as I only had 1 sensitive tooth. I asked to see the other dentist, Dr. Antonio for another opinion. He said I only needed 1 crown as the filing was old. I went ahead with that advice and was in pain with that crown right away. After 2 weeks of taking Tylenol for the pain, I went to another dentist office for a different opinion. My roots were very infected and after 2 antibiotic rounds they could not save my tooth. I have the X-ray that Dental Express took at the beginning of my appointment and there was no infection at the time. Also, my husband had a crown the same time I did and still has pain from his procedure. We will never go back to them.

Had a great experience overall at Dental Express, installations were clean, prices are great, (dental cleaning is $190 MXN) and the staff was very kind. I would recommend you to schedule w/ at least two weeks in advance cause the first time I called they didn't have appointments, besides that, everything was perfect.

Excellent experience with this dentist, the employees are friendly and very professional. During my first visit they made me a mouth guard, which I had a problem with. The manager listened to my concerns and redid a new mouth guard himself, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place which, by the way, is very clean and on the cutting edge of technology. Thanks to the whole team.
