Amazing rooftop pool overlooking the ocean! Just outside of 5th Avenue (party area) to be quiet and peaceful yet close enough that it's just a couple minute walk. Also there is 24hr front door security.

The security staff were awful. There was a major leak in an apartment and did nothing. I had to spend two hours cleaning up the water from another condo that leaked into the condo I rented. Also, the parking is a horrible.
