★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would advise anyone against staying here. The owner is obnoxious. States rules to be quiet at 12, but does as she pleases. I'm guessing rules only apply when it suits her. Very overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time at this hostel! The staff is super friendly, beds are solidly built and comfortable, breakfast is delicious and the decoration makes you feel like you're at home! Absolutely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff aren't just friendly, they actually make friends with you. The breakfasts are yummy and made with lots of love. The place itself is a bit modest, with shower/bathroom areas needing plumbing help/remodeling. But there's edgy, beautiful art throughout, so if you're down for a Bohemian experience sans silent room and polished decor, you'll enjoy your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hostel to stay in downtown of Guanajuato, close to bars, coffee shops and museums. The staff are very nice and friendly, also the other guests I met. I mean, it's nice place to stay, chill and for meeting people. It's not the cleanest one, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can’t really understand why this place is rated so well. The staff is nice, but this place is sooo dirty. We changed our room but it still was not clean. They have 2 bathrooms for the whole hostel and only one warm shower. Also in the morning, they found 2 scorpions in the other dorm. I mean that could happen, but we would not recommend to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostel is doing construction on the only bathrooms, which means you have to ask the contractor to use it and it’s sometimes completely unavailable. Looks nothing like the pictures as it’s covered in dust and construction materials and half the common area is just used to store junk. Beds are nasty and they let the hostel cats crawl all over the dorms and your belongings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, and good breakfast! but the hostel was pretty small and there was only one very small compact bathroom located right next to the kitchen and the living room. Only one sink and 4 showers that are super super cramped and no hooks to hang your clothes or towel in them. Just due to the bathroom and shower situation I most likely wouldn’t stay here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this hostel, thought I was going to stay for 2 days and ended up staying for over 2 weeks. Felt so homey and inviting. The breakfasts are made with love and served to you with intention. Luis, the owner, was super helpful and welcoming. He really is putting in so much work to make the hostel amazing.
