Расположен в центре в реконструированном здании. Свеже-отремонтированный и очень современный!! Комнаты большие и некоторые с террасой. Кровати большие. В ванной комнате есть и ванная!!! и душ ! И очень хорошая сантехника. Территории своей нет, только здание. Сложно найти. Просто дверь с улицы с надписью отель. И потом ступеньки на второй этаж. И припарковаться сложно. Это центральная улица с интенсивным движением. Через три двери) есть парковка, где можно оставить автомобиль.

O hotel ficar a 5’ caminhando do ponto central da cidade. A localização é muito boa. O quarto é muito confortável. Optei pelo quarto e o banheiro tinha uma banheira além do chuveiro, era bem grande, relaxante, limpo e bonito. Sem dúvida vale a pena optar pelo quarto deluxe se você gosta de um banho relaxante. O único ponto negativo foi que uma das pessoas na entrada disse que o hotel estava com um problema na conexão ou sei lá o que e por isso as chaves das portas não funcionavam. Toda vez que saímos, alguém tinha que subir com a gente pra abrir a porta. Espero que isso tenha sido solucionado. De modo geral, recomendo muito. Ótima relação relação preço-qualidade.

Best food and best room service and polit staff

Stayed recently but wanted to highlight my particular issues with the property - upon arrival we had booked a suite which was an upgrade through booking for a room that included a bath and a coffee machine, neither of these were included in the room and after complaining the hotel tried to insinuate that I already had a good price for the room so I should be grateful for the one we were given! Secondly - on our second evening the man on the front desk was extremely loud as we’re arriving and departing guests coming in and out of the hotel until 2am! This is unacceptable and got to a point where I had to get up and leave the room to tell people to be quiet - a job the front desk should be doing. We were also asked to sign a form to say no housekeeping would be done during our stay yet when we went out on our first day the maid came in and cleaned - I don’t have a particular issue with this other than had I known people were accessing our room I wouldn’t have left valuables on show. In addition we arrived an hour before check in and 3 and were told the room wasn’t ready - we’ve been travelling for 4 months in Central America and this has never happened, there’s a pandemic going on, hotels are empty yet for some reason this didn’t have a room ready until 3??? Personally I think they were just doing it to be awkward. Overall a really poor experience from a satisfaction point of view - I emailed the hotel asking for a refund of 1 nights stay which I believed to be fair given neither of us got a good night sleep on our second night only to be met with an ignorant and dismissive response about the issues raised - don’t stay here would be my advice, I’m sure there are better places in San Miguel that appreciate peoples money and custom far more.
