★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy eficiente y económico, ya no es como antes, ahora son muy amables, las guías se actualizan y los envíos llegan en un tiempo de entre 5 y 7 días, para el precio muy bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con el horario que establecen, además a la hora que digan ya no te reciben tus paquetes aunque falten 15 min de su horario del día sábado que es a las 12 del dia y entre semana a las 2:30. Pero ni un papel ponen en la sucursal para saber a qué hora e le da la gana de atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otorgo una calificación media porque es verdad que dan un buen servicio, el personal es atento y cordial, el servicio es eficiente, pero también es cierto lo que otros usuarios reportan, no respetan el horario y cierran antes, aún cuando en la página muestran los horarios no los respetan, ya van 3 ocasiones que voy en horario establecido en la página y al llegar ya cerraron, eso está muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable servicio, no de uno sino de todos los miembros del personal que me han "atendido" (al menos 4). Parece que hay que rogarles para que atiendan el mostrador, ponen mala cara de todo y son fastidiosamente displicentes. Además nunca tienen cambio, es casi responsabilidad del cliente llevar el monto exacto porque si no ellos no mueven ni un dedo. El estacionamiento es utilizado para todo menos para los clientes, siempre está lleno, pero la oficina vacía. En verdad, si pueden ir a otra sucursal (suponiendo que las demás están mejor), no lo duden. En la oficina de Insurgentes Sur lo más probable es que se lleven un coraje innecesario junto con su número de guía. Luego por qué se dice que no vale la pena confiar en Correos de México, qué lástima que no pongan atención a su servicio.
Regrettable service, not from one but from all staff members who have "served" me (at least 4). They seem to be begged to man the counter, they scowl at everything and are annoyingly unpleasant. Also they never have change, it is almost the responsibility of the client to carry the exact amount because if they do not they will not move a finger. The parking lot is used for everything except customers, it is always full, but the office is empty. In truth, if you can go to another branch (assuming that the others are better), do not hesitate. At the Insurgentes Sur office, they will most likely take unnecessary courage along with their guide number. Then why is it said that Correos de México is not worth trusting, what a pity that they do not pay attention to their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio había 5 gentes y sólo atendia una y no pude mandar el paquete porque tenia que ir abierto y después cerrarlo con cinta canela. Peto ellos no lo hacen. Mejor lo mandare por un servicio privado de paqueteria.
Terrible service there were 5 people and only one attended and I could not send the package because it had to be open and then close it with cinnamon tape. But they don't. Better send it by a private parcel service.
