★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que ir personalmente a esta sucursal ya que llevaba el paquete 4 dias continuos con el estatus "en mensajero con entrega", cuando llego solicito que me den mi paquete cuando lo abro me doy cuenta que esta vacio y hago la reclamacion correspondiente, en mi caso el objeto tenia un valor de 3000 pesos que aun no me resuelven.
Les recomiendo que todos sus paquetes al momento de abrirlos graben un video haciendo el proceso para que tengan una prueba en caso de que el paquete fuera robado tener esa evidencia para poder hacer una demanda.

I recommend that all your packages at the time of opening them record a video making the process so that they have a proof in case the package was stolen to have that evidence to be able to make a claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se roban tus paquetes y dicen que ya fueron entregados. Vas a la oficina y te dicen que no es su problema que si el mensajero dice que ya fue entregado pues así es.
Terrible service, your packages are stolen and they say they have already been delivered. You go to the office and they tell you that it is not their problem that if the courier says that it has already been delivered, then it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ si te aparece que ya llego a la oficina más cercana, mejor recogélo de una vez, tienen muy pero muy pocos repartidores, así que evita la espera y pasa con tu identificación a recoger tu paquete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediocres y nefastos como ellos saben. La peor empresa de correo evitalos a toda costa. Se dedicarán a maltratar tu paquete sin falta y procurarán entregarlo meses después (si es que te entregan algo). Nunca contestan los teléfonos y siempre se van horas antes de la hora de cerrado. Lo peor de lo peor. Quality Post es lo mejor comparado con ellos.
Mediocre and nefarious as they know. The worst mail company avoid them at all costs. They will dedicate themselves to mistreating your package without fail and will try to deliver it months later (if they deliver something to you). They never answer the phones and always leave hours before closing time. The worst of the worse. Quality Post is the best compared to them.
